Zelenskyi spoke about the influence of Trump on Putin regarding the war in Ukraine / Russian dictator Vladimir Putin fears only US President Donald Trump. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this in an interview with France 2.
“This is reality. What Trump should say to Putin is not for me to decide. If Trump knows that Putin is afraid of him, then he will not accept all the conditions of the Russian president. It is Putin who is afraid of Trump, not the other way around. The US president knows that he has leverage: the economy, sanctions, weapons that he could hand over to us if he does not want to involve the American army,” the head of state said.
When the journalist asked Zelensky if this means that Putin is not afraid of Europeans at all, he replied:
“Yes, he is not afraid of the Europeans. You know how grateful we are to the Europeans. They are our partners who have helped us a lot, but Putin, unfortunately, is not afraid of them.”

“First of all, these are sea platforms. These are submarines and destroyers. They will not be given to us. The number of land platforms exists, but it is extremely small. In general, there are few in the world,” Popovich explained.
