Ramafos reported this on the network X.
“I talked to President Donald Trump to discuss the peaceful process in Ukraine. We two agreed that the war should be stopped as soon as possible to stop further meaningless deaths,” Ramafos said.
According to the President of South Africa, the US President was agreed to meet various issues regarding relations between both countries.
Ramafos and Trump spoke about the need to strengthen good relations between couples and the US.
As reported by UNIAN, on April 23, Zelensky went to South Africa for meetings with Ramafhos and representatives of political, public and student communities of Africa. Zelensky noted that Ukraine is counting on the effective participation of couples in an international coalition for the return of thousands of Ukrainian children stolen by Russia.
At the same time, in connection with the night -mass combined attack of Russia on peaceful Ukrainian cities, the President of Ukraine has decided to cancel part of the program of this visit and after meeting with the President of South Africa immediately return to Ukraine.
