This was announced in his Telegram by the Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine – Minister of Development of Communities and Territories, Oleksiy Kuleba.
“The liquidation of the consequences of the shelling of Kyiv and the Kyiv region is ongoing. Utility workers, energy workers, and emergency services are working non-stop – both day and night, to return heat, water and electricity to people’s homes as soon as possible. Heating has already been returned to most homes in Kyiv and the region,” he wrote.
According to Kuleba, work to restore heat supply to the rest of Kyiv residents will continue throughout the day.
“By the end of the day, the system will work everywhere. This is due to the gradual start-up of networks after damage. Centralized water supply has been fully restored,” he added.
