Valeriya Koval, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation, announced this on the air of the “Edyny Novyni” marathon. She said that from November 1, a new system for registration of postponements from mobilization will start.
“First of all, this applies to those conscripts who, for example, could not get an automatic renewal of the deferment, because the deferment will be automatically renewed only in those cases when there is available information in the state registers,” Koval said.
The official added that it will be possible to extend the deferment at the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services (ADS) if there are grounds for this, or if there was no deferment before, but, for example, a third child was born, to provide relevant information and receive a deferment.
The necessary documents in accordance with different types of postponement must be provided to the administrator of the National Military Register of Ukraine, who collects these documents, sends them to the commission for consideration, and after the decision, the conscript will be able to see his deferment in “Reserve+” or on the “Diya” portal, you can get an electronic military registration document or directly in the National Military Register of Ukraine” – noted Koval.
She noted that the Center for Postponement is only a place for receiving applications for postponement, and the decision is made by the Territorial Selection Center.
At the same time, she explained what to do with conscripts, if the TCC has already sent them to the TsNAP by November 1.
Koval noted that there are already cases that in some regions the TCC has stopped accepting applications and is sending all of them to the TsNAPy. “This is illegal, because the resolution that it will be possible to submit an application for a postponement through the Central Administrative Court comes into force on November 1. Therefore, the Central Administrative Court currently has neither access nor the appropriate functionality to process these applications and accept documents. Therefore, until November 1, there is an active mechanism through the TCC,” said Koval.
At the same time, she advises conscripts to report to the Ministry of Statistics about cases in which the National Security Agency refuses to accept documents. According to the official, the ministry will promptly respond to this.
At the same time, according to her, for 80% of conscripts who have the right to postponement, the renewal will take place automatically.
The Ministry of Statistics clarified that on November 1, it will be possible to submit an application for a postponement only in those TsNAPs that work on Saturdays. Therefore, conscripts are advised to check the work schedule of their National Medical Center before going to an appointment.
How to issue a postponement of TsNAPiAs UNIAN reported, from November 1 it is not necessary to apply to the TCC for a deferral.
Online application for 9 main deferrals, which cover 80% of all deferral applications, is available in “Reserve+”. And the offline office for accepting documents for postponement in paper form from November 1 has been designated TsNAPy.
