A petition appeared on the Cabinet of Ministers’ website.

Petition author Yulia Simkin urges the Cabinet to consider granting permission abroad for all men aged 18 to 24 years inclusive.
The initiator of the petition also asks to consider the possibility of departure for men who have a valid delay from mobilization, regardless of age, as well as for all men aged 50 to 55 years.
If this petition has received 25,000 signatures of Ukrainian citizens within three months, the government will be obliged to consider it. At the time of this publication, the petition gathered about 1500 signatures, and the meter quickly gained momentum.
Traveling abroad for menAs reported by UNIAN, today, on August 27, the government published a resolution on amendments to the rules of crossing the state border by citizens of Ukraine. In particular, according to the updated rules, men aged 18 to 22 (inclusive) will be able to travel abroad during martial law.
Departure is possible in the presence of a passport of an international sample, as well as a military accounting document, at least in electronic form.
