The government plans to form “more precise conditions of the program” next year.

This was announced by the Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Oleksiy Sobolev during the forum “Recovery of Ukraine: quality institutions and economic security”.
“As agreed last year, we are looking at the year of the program’s launch, we are now evaluating in which sectors how it works in order to form more precise conditions for the program next year,” said Sobolev.
We will remind that the state program “National cashback”, which started in October 2024, aims to support the domestic manufacturer by stimulating citizens to buy Ukrainian goods.
National cashback – top news In the published government resolution, it was stated that the accrual of cashback to recipients in 2026 will stop from May 1, 2026. However, the Ministry of Economy later denied information about the cancellation of the program.
It was noted that the “Natskeshbek” program did not have a noticeable effect for Ukrainian companies. According to ALVIVA GROUP marketing director Dmytro Danylovych, the company did not observe significant changes in sales dynamics that could be directly linked to participation in the program.
On November 24, it became known that the government changed the list of goods and services on which money received under this program can be spent. Yes, funds can now not be spent on paying for mobile communications, tickets for transport, recreation and entertainment, sports, as well as on the purchase of military bonds.
At the same time, according to the Ministry of Economy, Ukrainians mostly spent funds from this program on communal services. Mobile communication, food establishments, medicines, computer networks and information services, as well as charity were next in the ranking of expenses.
