The new Defense Minister Denis Shmigal has informed about it.
“There is a reasonable restriction. The cost of loans is not more than 10% of the cost,” the minister said.
With the help of a new financial mechanism, Ukrainian manufacturers will be able to create weapons faster and more. In addition, it will reduce financial pressure on domestic defense enterprises.
“We scale our defense. We attract more resources. The result is millions of Ukrainian drones for the front. We build a force that will stop the aggressor and provide a long -term peace,” Shmigal added.
