She added that within 24 hours after submitting the report, the soldier will receive a notification that he should arrive at a new military unit of the reserve battalion. She reminded that currently there are 17 such units where military personnel can be quickly reinstated.
“This is a temporary point from which he can be transferred to the military unit that he considers relevant for him, where he trusts the commander, where he trusts his comrades and can be motivated. That is, 72 hours to consider the report, 24 hours to arrive at the reserve battalion “And from the reserve unit, he again submits a report for transfer to his target military unit,” added Chernogorenko.
SZH in Ukraine: important newsPreviously, Ukraine adopted a law on returning to service after the first voluntary abandonment of a unit. It provides for the renewal of monetary payments and the provision of food, material, other types of security, benefits and social guarantees in the event of the voluntary return of a soldier from the SZH.
