“It is not our first meeting with General Kit Kellog in general, but the first in his official status of the Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, which was appointed by President Trump on February 3. The President’s office responded to this statement by Trump Special Representative. Presidential Advisor Dmitry Lytvyn said: “If Kellog’s plan is simply a ceasefire and election, then it is a failing plan.”
