The minister reminded that a schedule of hourly shutdowns in Chernihiv and the region has already been introduced due to Russia’s attacks. She noted that the Russians re -attack the energy of the region, shortly after electricity restoration.
“To say that we will have long -lasting shutdowns too early … But unfortunately, we have the experience of previous years when the situation changes every day and we can wait anything,” – said the head of the Ministry of Energy.
