The movie star during the opening of the award ceremony of the winners of the Cesar film award announced that he devotes the anniversary of the 50th event to Ukraine.
According to Le Figaro, the solemn cinema took place a few hours after the tense negotiations of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and US President Donald USA in Washington.
In an important event, the French cinema star appeared in the image with a symbolic accessory. A brooch in the form of a blue and yellow Ukrainian flag was visible on her jacket. The video with a touching speech Denev was posted on the page of Canal+ on the social network X. The footage shows that after the words of the artist, the hall exploded with loud ovations.
“I announce the 50th Cesar ceremony open and dedicate it to Ukraine,” the 81-year-old celebrity said from the stage.

It should be noted that Katrin does not support Ukraine for the first time. Two years ago, she proclaimed Lesya Ukrainka’s poem “Hope”. The artist translated the poem to French and read it at the Cannes Film Festival. A year later, in the French Week, Denev’s fashion appeared in Paris in the image decorated with a brooch with a blue and yellow flag.
The actress is known for the roles in the films “Disgust”, “Day Beauty”, “Indochina” and others. During her career, she has become a laureate of many prestigious film awards.
