From July 24, tax and customs will restrict inspections for low -risk enterprises.
Sviridenko noted that the government is preparing amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code / UNIAN photoThe Cabinet of Ministers has approved a plan for implementing the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) on a moratorium on unjustified inspections and interference with business work by state bodies. This was reported by Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko in her Telegram.
It is noted that from July 24, tax and customs will restrict inspections for low -risk enterprises. The exception will be high-risk industries, such as circulation of excisable goods where control is needed.
“The state will not interfere with those who work honestly,” the head of government emphasized.
According to her, during the month the State Regulatory Service and the Ministry will submit proposals for deregulation and reduction of unnecessary permits. By October 21, security forces should agree on the identification of assets under sanctions and ensure their return to the budget for defense and restoration.
“The plans are the launch of a digital control system and a quarterly revision of the efficiency of solutions,” Sviridenko added.
The government also prepares amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code. She noted that only the prosecutor general or regional heads will be able to open new business proceedings.
