The prosecutor’s office and law enforcement agencies have already undertaken the audit of cases that were opened against entrepreneurs.

As the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko explained on Facebook, now the control will be point-“only where there are really high risks.” In addition, a digital system of state supervision will be digitally so that manual intervention is impossible.
She added that the prosecutor’s office and law enforcement agencies had already taken up the audit of cases that were opened against entrepreneurs. And 30% of such proceedings have already been closed, the Prime Minister said.
“Our task is to remove artificial obstacles that block the business and prevent the emergence of new unreasonable proceedings. For this purpose, the government will submit to the Verkhovna Rada trees on the protection of business and reform of the controlling bodies. These will be changes to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and other legislative and regulations,” it said.
According to Sviridenko, after these changes, new cases will be able to agree only the prosecutor general or heads of regional level prosecutor’s offices.
“The arrests of property and documents will be canceled if they harm the enterprise. The” suspended “cases will be closed without evidence. These changes will give our entrepreneurs the opportunity to work freely and maintain the economy during the war,” Yulia Sviridenko stated.
A moratorium on business checksEarlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the NSDC introduced a moratorium on business checks. According to him, this decision “will give the necessary basis for the full implementation of the necessary decisions for the sake of economic security and analysis of relevant practice.”
We will remind, on July 18, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy with his decree appointed the former Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council. He replaced Alexander Litvinenko in this position.
