Poles observe some activities aimed at obtaining information about critical infrastructure.

According to the text of the document, military objects and such objects of civil infrastructure as power plants, railways, airports and bridges are prohibited to photograph. The shooting of these objects without permission will be considered an offense and will be punished with a fine or arrest.
“The resolution provides a legal basis for the interference of law enforcement agencies for persons who are photographed without permission, with a video or otherwise record the image or similarity of objects, persons or movable property, which are of particular importance for the security or defense of the state, objects of the Ministry of National Defense and objects of critical infrastructure.
The ban applies to all shooting methods from the Earth and from the air. It is clarified that the decision on whether a particular object will be banned is made by the bodies responsible for it. It is clarified that if the city decides that a particular bridge is important for security, the corresponding sign will be hung on the object.
For the corresponding offense, penalties in the amount of 5 to 20 thousand zlotys (UAH 55048 – UAH 220195, respectively – UNIAN) and confiscation of the apparatus, which was conducted. Also arrested for up to 30 days.
“This is a very important issue for our military because the security situation has changed, in particular in Poland. We see some activities aimed at obtaining information about our critical infrastructure. We have found photos associated with the location of our troops and units, the detained agents,” the General General explained.
