According to the latest data, Karol Navrotsky leads.

According to TVP Info, the polling stations closed at 21:00 (22:00 in Kiev, – ed.). Initially, exitpol IPSOS testified to the victory of the pro -European candidate Rafala Tshaskovsky, who is the mayor of Warsaw and represents a “civil coalition” – 50.3% of the vote against 49.7%.
However, IPSOS soon provided new data according to which the conservative wins. It is reported that Navrotsky received 50.7% of the vote. The turnout in the second round of elections was 72.8%.
Elections in PolandIt is known that Rafal Tshaskovsky stands for strengthening democratic institutions and closer integration with the European Union, while Navrotsky represents a nationalist and conservative platform.
In the first round, they won 31.36% and 29.54% of the vote, respectively. Following them are the far -right candidates: Slavomir Menzen with a result of 14.81% and Guzhozh Brown – 6.34%. The Liberal Speaker of the Seimas Shimon Golovny received 4.99% of support.
The results of this election are also important for Ukraine, since Poland is its key partner in the region.
We will remind, earlier Navrotsky declared his readiness to review the support of Ukraine’s accession to NATO. According to Polish media, such a step can be a compromise in negotiations with the leader of the far -right Confederation.
