At the same time, the TCC will continue to make changes to the postponement.
Now it will be possible to submit documents for postponement to TsNAP/ photo ua.depositphotos.comFrom November 1, all TCCs will stop accepting documents for deferment for conscripts. Instead, they can be submitted to TsNAP. Oleg Baidalyuk, spokesman of the Kyiv regional TCC and SP, told about this on the air of “Kyiv 24”.
“This only concerns the acceptance of documents. Because the process that used to be in the TCC, regarding the issuance of deferrals – it remains unchanged. How it happened, who grants the deferral until mobilization. This is done by a commission that includes representatives of the military administration, the TCC, doctors, representatives of education, if it is a question of deferment for students. This commission makes decisions based on the documents provided to it by the TCC. Only things will change the first chain of submission of documents. Now they will be submitted as citizens not to TCCs, but to TsNAPs,” said Baydalyuk.
He explained that the received documents will be handed over to the TCC by the representatives of the Tsnap. And those, in turn, will send them to a special commission, which will make a decision on the postponement.
“On the basis of the commission’s decision, the TCC will enter data on the postponement, if it has been granted, to Oberig. That is, everything remains unchanged, with the exception of this first step of submitting documents,” Baydalyuk added.
According to the representative of the Ministry of Defense, conscripts will continue to be able to send documents for postponement by mail.
“If a person can’t or doesn’t want to come by himself, bring it. And there’s no point in that, if you can send it from another city, you don’t have to go directly. You can send it by mail, you can do it by courier. That is, there are no restrictions, as it was before, and that’s how it works now,” explained Baydalyuk.
New deferral rules: what is knownEarlier, the Ministry of Defense was informed about changes in the process of granting deferments for conscripts. In particular, certain types of deferrals will now continue automatically. We are talking about permanent grounds, such as the presence of three adult children.
Currently, there are 9 categories of deferrals that cover about 80% of all needs. Two more categories of deferments will appear in November.
