“Today, the government has made a decision that allows for free to restore the driver’s license and certificates of registration of vehicles for citizens affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation,” the statesman said.
She noted that the victims of hostilities should not deal with bureaucratic obstacles. In turn, the state should be sensitive to the needs of people who have lost documents, property or housing.

The initiative authors propose to establish a gradation of fines that will depend on how much speed has been exceeded.
