“In my last conversation with President Trump on Thursday evening, there were some signs that his patience is over,” Bloomberg quotes a statement in an interview with Finnish media.
At the same time, he considers it unlikely that Putin will agree to a meeting with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in one and a half weeks, as planned. In his opinion, this will be a turning point.
“It is then that the patience (Trump) is probably exhausted,” he said.
At the same time, the President of Finland stressed that Trump is the only person who can make Putin go to peace.
“He is the only one he listens to, and honestly, the only one who Putin is afraid of,” Stubb said.
