The information was spread by the telegram-channel, signed as “Rustem Umerov”. However, the channel itself, and its reports are fake, stated in the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
“The information widespread in Telegram channels with reference to the alleged statement of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine regarding the terrorist attack in Kharkiv is a fake,” the statement said.
In particular, the Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov did not make such statements.
The defense department also noted that the minister did not have official accounts on Telegram.
