“The number of disconnected subscribers varies depending on the intensity of enemy strikes,” the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine reported.

According to Acting Minister of Energy Artem Nekrasov, as of the morning of December 17, 32,000 subscribers remain without electricity in Odesa and the region after the massive Russian attack on energy facilities. He noted that emergency and restoration work is ongoing in Odesa.

Acting the minister also said that on the night of December 17, the enemy once again attacked the energy facilities of Dnipropetrovsk region. He added that all consumers who were temporarily without electricity as a result of this attack have already been restored.

On the same day, Russian drones and missiles also flew to Dnipropetrovsk region, Kirovohrad region, Mykolaiv region, and Chernihiv region. As a result of being hit by enemy drones and missiles, more than a million consumers were temporarily left without electricity.
