“Due to the inaction of the city authorities, Ladyzhin was on the verge of disruption of the heating season, says political scientist Victor Taran / photo of Uni -misto Ladizhin of Vinnytsia region risks to disrupt the preparation for a new …”, – WRITE: www.unian.ua

Ladyzhin, like many cities of Ukraine, has faced problems as a result of blows during a full -scale war on infrastructure.
“But, for some reason (?), These problems are very clearly manifested in Ladyzhin. The problems with heating and water supply in Ladyzhyn have been existing for years, but during the war they have only intensified. Instead of working systematically on resolving heat supply issues, the city leadership headed by Alexander.
Taran reminds that in November 2022 after stopping as a result of the attack of the enemy of Ladyzhinskaya TPP, which provided the city with heat, 18,000 residents were left without heating. The chairman of Vinnytsia Ova Sergey Borzov then criticized Ladyzhin city authorities for unpreparation for solving the task of providing the city with warmth. According to Borzov, 10 months of war before the heating period, the authorities of the city would have to think about alternative options for providing the city with warmth (six months from these 10 months at that time the city was managed by Alexander Kolomiets).
As a result, the political scientist emphasizes, Sergei Borzov had to intervene personally in solving the situation and initiating the construction of mini -electricity. Only in April 2023 the state of emergency in the city was abolished.
Despite the warning of the regional authorities and allocated funds for the installation of cogeneration plants, the Taran adds, the city authorities did not provide alternative sources of heat. After repeated attacks on Ladyzhyn TPP in 2024, the city remained without heat, electricity and water.
Currently, he states, the city authorities are forced to use modular boiler rooms and old boiler rooms, but their capacities are lacking in order to completely cover the city’s thermal needs: “This creates serious risks for residents, especially taking into account the approaching winter.”
In June this year, the expert notes, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine allocated 9, 355 million UAH for the new construction for the arrangement of cogeneration units in Ladyzhyn.
“Meanwhile, in the preparation for heating seasons during a full -scale war, cases of probable (?) Buying equipment at inflated prices (we are waiting for the final conclusions of law enforcement agencies) were repeatedly recorded,” Victor Taran wrote.
The political scientist also drew attention to chronic problems with water supply in Ladyzhin, who regularly leave residents without stable water supply.
For example, in the last September for more than a week the city remained without stable water supply. All this time, the city administration could not answer the very simple question: when would stable and systematic water supply resume?
“Each time with water supply problems, the city authorities made loud statements about their rapid solution. But in fact, people periodically continue to suffer from interruptions.
“The city in difficult situations survived and continues to survive not because of the actions of Acting Acting Kolomiyts. And in fact, thanks to the anti -crisis introduction of direct leadership of the central government, both in the case of the head of Vinnytsia Ova Sergei Borzov. And of course, with the help of a big business.
