As he noted in the ether of the information telemorathon, each medical worker is a military manner, but women-medical women can agree to the service voluntarily, since they cannot be sent to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine:
“This is more about men. The key is that in such an algorithm, the contract is concluded for one year. That is, a person understands that he will serve and work solely in a medical position, and will return in a year.”
The head of the Ministry of Health also added that the Ministry of Defense is preparing a comprehensive issue of demobilization. “Thus, we want to replace healthcare providers in the armed forces on a rotary principle that they will be returned to the year, and we have called new ones through this mechanism,” Lyashko said.
At the same time, private medical facilities work on a different model. “They have the right to be recognized as critical to the economy of our country and to book 50% of conscripted men. If they want more, they must submit proper justification, depending on what criteria they meet – national or regional,” the minister explained.
According to him, the mechanism is designed in such a way as to find a balance that will satisfy both the Armed Forces of Ukraine and civilian hospitals. For example, the formation of new crews requires the specialists of one profile, and to complete the military hospitals – completely different:
“Our key task is that highly specialized and highly skilled footage gets where they are needed. We would not like cardiac surgeons and thoracic surgeons to get into medical battalions, because they are needed where they need to operate and save life.”
Mobilization in UkraineIt is necessary that on February 6, 2025, the Ministry of Health and the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces agreed the mechanism of reservation from individual health care workers.
It was reported that the lists of the necessary doctors will form the Ministry of Health, and the submission of persons – heads of medical institutions.
