“Oleksandr Lukashenka was “painted” with a victory with a result impossible in democratic elections.”, — write: www.unian.ua
Oleksandr Lukashenka was “painted” with a victory with a result impossible in democratic elections.
In particular, it is claimed that the dictator, who has ruled the country for more than 30 years, allegedly won 87.6% of the vote. At least, such results were shown by the exit poll, the data of which have already been announced on the state television of Belarus.
Other candidates scored a meager amount, but among them there was also a “leader”:
- against all – 5.1%;
- Serhiy Sirankov, leader of the pro-government Communist Party of Belarus – 2.7%;
- Oleg Haydukevych, career official – 1.8%,
- Anna Kanopatska, pocket “oppositionist” – 1.6%;
- Oleksandr Khizhnyak, head of the pro-government Labor and Justice Party – 1.2%.
Elections of the President of BelarusAs UNIAN wrote, unlike the 2020 elections, when Lukashenka had a real rival in the person of Svitlana Tykhanouskaya, this time the Belarusian dictator decided not to take any risks and allowed only loyal and obedient candidates to participate in the elections. In total, there were four of them, not counting Lukashenka himself.
In addition, on the eve of the voting day in Belarus, the work of the Internet was significantly limited, probably also remembering the experience of 2020, when street protests were coordinated through Telegram and other social networks.
