According to the correspondent of UNIAN, the draft law “On the approval of the Decree of the President of Ukraine “On the extension of the martial law in Ukraine” (registration number 14366) proposes to extend the martial law from 05:30 on February 3, 2026 for 90 days, i.e. until May 4, 2026.

Another presidential draft law “On the approval of the Decree of the President of Ukraine “On extending the period of general mobilization” (registration number 14367) provides for the extension of the period of general mobilization from February 3, 2026, also for 90 days, that is, until May 4.

According to the information of the people’s deputies, this session week, after consideration in the Profile Committee of the Verkhovna Rada on issues of national security, defense and intelligence, these draft laws can be voted on in the session hall.

Mobilization and martial law in UkraineAs UNIAN reported, on October 21, 2025, the Verkhovna Rada supported the presidential draft law extending martial law until February 3, 317 people’s deputies voted for this decision.

On the same day, the Rada also extended the term of general mobilization until February 2026. 315 People’s Deputies voted.

On October 30, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, signed laws extending martial law and general mobilization until February 3, 2026.

Continuation of mobilization and martial law until May 2026 will be the 18th vote in the Verkhovna Rada on these issues.
