According to the UNIAN correspondent, the First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Ivan Havrylyuk told reporters in the sidelines of the International Forum of the Expert Network of the Crimean Platform.

Havrylyuk added that the Russians have increased the production of weapons and means of damage, raised the level of defense-industrial complex. In addition, other serious countries help Russians.
“And most importantly, the sanctions imposed by the European Union and the United States of America do not play the role they would play. In the first place, because there is no monitoring of those sanctions, the same countries that impose these sanctions,” Gavriluk said.
