According to the judge’s resolution, Chernyshov was assigned a pledge of 120 million 2 thousand 668 UAH. The event is valid – 2 months, that is, until August 27 this year.
Thus, NABU detectives were partially satisfied.
Chernyshov also has a number of obligations, in particular: to appear on each requirement for a detective, prosecutor, court; report a change in your place of residence and place of work; not to leave the territory of Ukraine without the permission of the investigator of the prosecutor or court; to refrain from communicating with suspects in criminal proceedings, as well as with witnesses.
The pledge must be entered within 5 days from the date of the precautionary measure.
In the course of the meeting broadcast online, Chernyshov stated that he would not be able to pay a bail of 120 million hryvnias, as all his accounts were blocked.
