The leadership of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) receives the highest average salary among all state authorities of Ukraine. This is evidenced by the data of the dashboard of the Ministry of Finance for December 2025.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the average salary of the management staff of NAZK is UAH 414.1 thousand per month. This is the highest indicator among central executive authorities and regulators.
The three bodies with the highest management salaries also included:
- State Aviation Service of Ukraine – UAH 407.47 thousand;
- Pension Fund of Ukraine – UAH 400.75 thousand.
The average salary of the management staff of the NAKC is UAH 414.1 thousand per month / data – Ministry of Finance of UkraineNAKC is responsible for control of declarations, conflicts of interest and integrity of officials and belongs to the so-called network of anti-corruption bodies of Ukraine together with NABU, SAP and ARMA.
Previously, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP), which provides procedural management in NABU cases, was shocked by the level of salaries.
In particular, the head of SAP Oleksandr Klymenko received a salary of more than UAH 760,000 in December. At the same time, SAP prosecutors (his subordinates) were paid wages at the level of UAH 550,000 – 865,000 (for December).
