In 10 days, 4,500 servicemen submitted reports for changing their place of service through “Army+”.
The government will expand the functionality of the Army+ application / UNIAN collage, photo facebook.com/GeneralStaff.ua, OPFrom now on, servicemen who will submit reports for a change of place of service through the “Army+” application will see the transfer order number if approved. This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.It is noted that to get access to this functionality, you need to update the application to the latest version.
At the same time, it is emphasized that for military personnel who are just submitting reports, a notification with an order number will come automatically together with information about the approval of the transfer. And those who previously received approval for the transfer, but do not have information about the formation of the corresponding order, should contact the support service in the “Menu” section.
Kateryna Chernogorenko, the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for digitalization, said that during the 10 days of the service’s operation, the military submitted 4,500 reports on changing the place of service to “Army+”.
“Of these, 4,200 have already been processed by the Personnel Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in particular 900 have been approved. Thanks to the update, our defenders will now be able to immediately see the details of the order. It may seem like a minor change, but the presence of the order number speeds up the entire transfer process without the need to regularly check the information in military,” she emphasized.
The Ministry of Defense reported that a total of 415,000 servicemen were authorized in “Army+” for more than three months of work, and they managed to submit 26,000 reports. At the same time, it is noted that 17 types of reports are now available in the application, in particular for vacation, material assistance and receiving a certificate of completion of service.
News in the “Army+” applicationAs UNIAN reported, from November 15, 2024, the function of submitting a report on a change of place of service became operational in the “Army+” application.
The Ministry of Defense noted that in order to submit a report, you will need a military ID or an officer’s certificate and a letter of recommendation from the unit to which the soldier plans to be transferred. In addition, an opinion of the VLK may be required for transfers due to health conditions.
At the same time, it is emphasized that the commander’s consent, like the Army ID of the commander, is not required to submit the report – the request is automatically sent to the Personnel Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where it will be considered within 72 hours.
In the case of refusal to “Army+”, clear reasons must be indicated, for example, transfers are prohibited for military personnel who have served in their unit for less than 6 months or less than a year has passed since the previous transfer on the initiative of a military person, i.e., the grounds are clearly defined by Government Resolution No. 1291 dated November 12, 2024.
