It is noted that in order to obtain this deferral, information about disability must be in the unified information system of the social sphere or in the relevant information system of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and it is necessary to have a record of marriage in the State Register of Civil Acts.
“The deferral is simply made: you need to press three dots on the main screen of the reserve+application, select” Submit a Delay Request “, and then the appropriate category – and subsequently alert with the result,” the Defense Ministry emphasizes.
At the same time, they reminded that the deferrals in “Reserve+” launched in November 2024, and today 40% of all deferrals are registered in the application.
Who is given a deferral in 2025According to UNIAN, a deferral is given to persons who have disabilities of the first, second or third group. Those who were found unusable on the results of the VLK are also released. Diseases that are given a delay from mobilization for health reasons are indicated by the Defense Ministry No. 402.
In addition, there is a delay from mobilization in family circumstances. She has the right to count on:
- large parents (three or more underage children);
- men who themselves raise a child under the age of 18;
- Those who care for a person with serious illness or disability.
