Deputy Head of the Office of the President Ihor Zhovkva met with Deputy National Security Adviser of Great Britain Nick Katsaras. The meeting took place as a continuation of the dialogue between the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi and the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Kir Starmer.

The main topic of the meeting is the Victory Plan of Ukraine and the assistance of partners in its implementation.

Ihor Zhovkva thanked Great Britain for its constant support of Ukraine and the assistance provided in the fight against the Russian aggressor.
“We highly appreciate the constant defense assistance from the United Kingdom to our state, including long-range weapons,” the deputy head of the President’s Office emphasized.

Among other important topics is the conclusion of the Ukrainian-British agreement on the transition to a stronger and deeper partnership. The parties noted the significant progress achieved during the negotiations and agreed on a further schedule.
Particular attention was paid to Ukraine’s movement towards NATO membership and the corresponding steps for this.
