The focus of attention is the development of a unified comprehensive approach to the protection and support of Ukrainian men and women who suffered as a result of Russian aggression.
Representatives of central executive bodies together with public organizations presented the concept of improving the national system.
“This is important because it should serve as a basis for further rule-making and practical work of authorities and the public sector. In particular, the document contains recommendations for settling the issue of Ukrainians receiving compensation for damages caused as a result of Russian aggression,” added Iryna Vereshchuk.
The concept should be agreed and adopted by the end of this year.
