“I am glad that both children and adults liked the format and theme of the festive performance. The performance “Speaking of those who listened to eternity” turned out to be truly full of Christmas magic and historical spirit. Sofia of Kyiv appeared before us in a completely unusual, charming role, building a bridge between many generations. I would really like to see more such events and encourage our children to be interested in Ukrainian history,” said Olena Zelenska.
The performance transported the audience to the times of Kyivan Rus. The walls of Sophia of Kyiv became living witnesses of the history of our ancestors, recorded in more than 7 thousand years. graffiti.
Some graffiti “came to life” with the help of 3D technologies, supplementing the performance with visual effects. Live performance of actors, authentic costumes, choral singing and light show created a Christmas atmosphere.
The foundation organized separate groups for thousands of children from foster and large foster families from the Kyiv region and children cared for by public organizations and foundations, in particular the Kyiv branch of the NGO “Vitchuy”, BF “Voices of Children”, BF “Children of Heroes”, the Oleksandr Pikalov Charity Fund, etc. .
“The organization of the performance “Those Who Listened to Eternity Speak” became the first cultural project of this scale for the Foundation team. We hope that it will be the beginning of a new tradition. The performance was realized with the support of Sense Bank. The Ukrainian stage director Olena Kolyadenko worked on its creation, and a whole team worked on the production: screenwriter Ihor Frenkel, second director Denis Salo, set designer Tetiana Kantemirova, costume designer Lesya Patok, composer Dmytro Saratskyi, 3D mapping specialist and artist – animator Oleksandr Serbin.
People’s Artist of Ukraine, theater, film and dubbing actor Vasyl Mazur became the voice of the project.
The ensembles of the Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth were involved in the performance: the choir chapel “Dzvinochok” and the girls’ choir “Vognyk”.
