The deadline for passing a repeated medical examination will be extended for those with limited fitness – Iryna Vereshchuk

The President’s office initiates the extension of a re -examination of a re -examined by suitable Ukrainians and Ukrainians. This was reported by the Deputy Head of Presidential Office Irina Vereshchuk on the air of the Uniform News.

According to her, a million people who have previously been recognized as limited will not have time to go through the Military Medical Commission until February 4, as required by law.

“Recently, the President’s office has begun to come from public organizations, individuals regarding this issue. We have analyzed, we really saw that there was a problem, reported to the President and were instructed to take all urgent measures to adequately solve the problem that has happened today, ”Iryna Vereshchuk said.

The team with the participation of People’s Deputies develops the necessary legislative changes. The deputy head of the office of the Head of State stated: it is about the continuation of time for re -examination for at least 3 months and delaying penalties.

In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers will make changes to Decree No. 560, which will allow the Ministry of Defense and the CCC to electronic to notify Ukrainians about the date and time of the VLK. The Defense Ministry and the Ministry of Health should provide proper schedules for the work of the VLK.

“We solve the issues with schedules, with the directions themselves, categories of people, because we have different categories of limited suitable: there are military, there are conscripts, reservists, there are those who are not 25 years old,” Irina Vereshchuk explained.

The Deputy Head of the Presidential Office also informed that it will initiate changes on limited fit who have not reached the mobilization age so that they do not currently pass the VLK and have not been fined.
