The pilot project, which takes into account Israel’s experience, is implemented in 12 communities of Zhytomyr and Odesa regions. The main goal is to create conditions where all participants in the educational process will be safe.

Models of participation in the coalition have already been developed and negotiations with academic centers have begun. Institutions of higher education in the USA, countries of the European Union and Japan have announced their intention to participate in this initiative. There are a total of 44 potential participants.
Together with partners from Great Britain, within the framework of the Twinning initiative, a double degree program is being developed with universities there.
