Dear Ukrainians, Ukrainian women!

First of all, gratitude to our soldiers, combat units, which replenish the exchange fund for our state. In different directions. Also – our special services that fight against saboteurs and collaborators. Thanks to this kind of work, representatives of Ukraine, our exchange team can release our people from Russian captivity. Today is another exchange. Another 49 Ukrainian men and women are at home. Among them are both military and civilians. Soldiers of the Armed Forces, our border guards, the National Guard, in particular the defenders of Azovstal, as well as two policemen. Among our civilians is Leniye Umerova, a girl who was captured by the Russians in the Crimea when she was on her way to visit her sick father. The Hero of Ukraine, military medic Viktor Ivchuk, has also returned. I thank our entire exchange team. To everyone who is involved and whose work ensures all this: the Armed Forces, the State Security Service, the Security Service, the head of the Office, the ombudsman. Thank you! In total, 3,569 Ukrainian men and women were returned from captivity.

Today was a very active day for our international communication. The annual Yalta European Strategy Forum has begun, and it is important for Ukraine that our arguments regarding long-range weapons and all defense cooperation with partners be heard. On the sidelines of the forum, he met with the foreign ministers of Lithuania and Poland. I thanked for the support. He also spoke with the chairman of the Munich Security Conference, which is one of the most influential platforms in Europe regarding foreign and security policy. He also met with Mike Pompeo, former US Secretary of State. Boris Johnson, one of Ukraine’s greatest friends, was at the forum. I thanked him for his constant help since the 22nd year. Today I met with the Minister of Defense of Denmark. A very meaningful meeting. Denmark is the first country with which we started joint production of weapons. And this weapon already helps at the front. We make “bogdan” together. Of course, they also talked about other aspects of our cooperation, in particular the F-16. Denmark is truly one of the leaders in supporting our “defense”. Thank you Mette, Prime Minister, and all the Danish people. Today, together with the First Lady of Ukraine, they met with the famous actor and a caring personality, Michael Douglas. He helps us a lot to keep our attention on the truth about the war, UNITED24 helps. They thanked him for that today.

And one more thing.

There was just a report by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umyerov. Oleksandr Syrskyi, Head of the Committee, reported today. The first priority is weapons for our soldiers in the Pokrovsky, Kurakhivsky, Toretsk directions, in all Donetsk directions, in general along the front. This is both a question of supply and a question of production – both in Ukraine and jointly with partners. The task is to strengthen our positions as much as possible and put maximum pressure on Russia. This war can be ended justly only in strong positions. We do everything for this. All.

Glory to Ukraine!
