Today I spent Stavka. The key issue is the development of our drones, all forms of application of our drones. There were reports on production and contracts, from FPV to long-range, as well as solutions that will enable us to more effectively destroy the occupier and protect the lives of our soldiers. There are technological proposals that we have to implement, and I am grateful to all our military, every company, all officials and all volunteers who are involved in this matter – the constant technologicalization of the Ukrainian army.
There was a report on robotic systems. Also – regarding artillery, regarding our own production of artillery, and regarding our purchases in the world, primarily shells.
It is important that Ukraine has good dynamics in the production of artillery, and our own capabilities to provide the army will only increase.
Today, with Oleksandr Syrskyi, Anatolyi Bargilevich, Mykhailo Drapaty and Pavel Palisa, we discussed personnel issues, in particular, the appointment of the new head of the National Academy of Land Forces named after Hetman Sagaidachny.

For this purpose, a corresponding survey has been launched in the “Army+” application – there are five candidates for the position of head of the academy, and there is an opportunity to suggest what needs to be changed in the training process itself, in relations within the academy.
It is especially important that cadets and graduates of the academy share their experience and ideas.
As of this time, there are 2,000 votes, and this is a few hours after the poll was launched. I thank everyone who participates. The “Army+” application is available to all our soldiers.

I spoke today with the President of France. Quite a long and detailed conversation. We discussed defense support – various forms, weapons packages for Ukraine. We discussed investments in the procurement of shells for Ukraine. Also – the issue of placement of contingents of partners and training of our military. And, of course, the global situation. And one more thing.
I signed the sanctions documents today. Decree on the introduction of sanctions against the financial sector of Russia. 140 different subjects. We will continue to work with partners to align our pressure. And the second document is a draft law on criminal liability for attempts to circumvent sanctions, and it is in many respects a continuation of the international practice of attitudes towards sanctions. We all understand: the more pressure on the aggressor, the closer peace is. Sanctions are one of the most effective tools of fair pressure on Russia and everyone associated with it or working for war. This bill will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
