According to the results of the league stage, the 4 best teams went directly to the quarterfinals: Barcelona, Lyon, Chelsea and Bayern.
The teams ranked 5-12 will play in the round of 16: Arsenal, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus, Wolfsburg, Paris, Atlético Madrid and Leuven.
They will meet in the 1/8 finals: Atlético Madrid – Manchester United, Paris – Real Madrid, Leuven – Arsenal, Wolfsburg – Juventus.
The four winners of the round of 16 will join the quarter-finalists.
Pairs formed in the 1/4 finals: Atlético / Manchester United – Bayern, Paris / Real – Barcelona, Leuven / Arsenal – Chelsea, Wolfsburg / Juventus – Lyon.
Starting from the Round of 16 stage, the tournament is played on a fixed grid system. All matches, except the final, will consist of two matches – home and away. The final will be held on May 23 at Ullevol stadium in Oslo.
