Head coach of “Karpat” Vladyslav Lupashko told in what style his wards play: 
“We are one of the most pressing teams in the league. We played now on the road with Alexandria, which considers its greatest strength to be the beginning of the attack, the build-up. They are very comfortable when they are pressured, and no one tries to pressure them. UPL debutant Karpaty arrived and pressured them the whole match, taking away a lot of these balls.
I believe that we are a very aggressive team, and my understanding of football is aggressive. I can agree with you that individual aggression is not enough. Because as a team we are aggressive, but in individual situations we have to be tougher, more decisive – I can agree with that.”
