Tsitaishvili’s impressive goal took place on December 13 in the match of the 16th round of the French championship against PSG (2:3). The 25-year-old winger turned into the wall with his partner and sent the ball into the far corner of Matvei Safonov’s goal with a powerful shot.
Tsitaishvili’s competitors in the nomination were: Ibrahim Mbaye (PSG), Fabien Santonz (Nantes), Odsonne Edouard (Lance) and Soriba Diaun (Lille).
The Georgian football player previously played for the youth national team of Ukraine and became the world champion among U-20 teams. Tsitaishvili’s contract with Dynamo is valid until June 30, 2026, and the rental agreement with Metz club is calculated until the same date.
