UEFA announced where the U-21 European Championship will be held in 2027.
The tournament will be accepted Albania and Serbia. 16 teams in these two countries will compete for the trophy. Four stadiums in Albania (Tyran, Shkoder, Elbassan and Rogozhina) and Serbia (Novi Sad, Loznitsa, Leskovts and Zaychar) will accept the championship matches. The match will take place in Serbia and the finale in Albania.
The application from these two countries became the only one.
The ambiguity of this decision is added by the fact of armed conflict between the Albanians and Serbs from 1998 to 1999, which can theoretically create the foundation for provocations during the tournament.
Earlier it was reported that on February 6 there will be a lot of qualifying tournament Euro U-21.
