– At such a time, when we have a war, people die, others earn money by playing football. – said Aliyev. – But with this football, they not only do not please the fans, but simply destroy faith in their favorite team. Whatever complaints there may be to the coaching staff, they do what they can. Footballers should get results on the field… I don’t know what the president would do to me or to the team if we were so ashamed. And now, apparently, it has become the norm.
This is a mockery of the fans. And the worst thing is that there are no prospects in sight. Probably, it is better not to get into the European Cups, so as not to be ashamed there.
