Kharkiv Metalist 1925 tried to sign the central midfielder of Dynamo Kyiv Alexander Yatsik. This was reported by Ukrainian journalist Viktor Vatsko.
The newcomer of the elite division offered about three million euros for the transfer of a 22-year-old football player. However, white-blue refused to sell the player and included it in the application for the coming season of the Ukrainian Premier League.
In the 2024/25 campaign, Yatsyk played as part of Lugansk Dawn, where he spent 29 matches in all tournaments, scored six goals and gave four productive gears. The midfielder contract with the Kiev club is expired in June 2026, and its estimated cost is one million euros.
Earlier it was reported that Metalist 1925 has signed two promising legionnaires from the Albania Championship.
