Daniele De Rossi will become the new head coach of Genoa, replacing Patrick Vieira.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the final financial details of the deal are currently being agreed so that De Rossi can arrive in Genoa and lead the team already in the match against Fiorentina, which will take place on November 9.
De Rossi should hold the first training session at the head of the team for which Ukrainian midfielder Ruslan Malinovskyi plays on November 6.
The club aims to appoint a new coach as soon as possible to give the project a new impetus and avoid further uncertainty. Daniele is ready to start working with the team without delay.
De Rossi’s previous place of work was Roma, with whom he finished 1st in Serie A and reached the semi-finals of the Europa League.
