The London club is closely monitoring the situation surrounding the 26-year-old Ukrainian, who, despite being highly rated in Madrid, remains Thibaut Courtois’ back-up.
Last summer, the Belgian extended his contract for another two years, so Lunin has few chances for stable playing practice. With this in mind, “Real” is ready to consider a transfer in 2026, and the goalkeeper himself is seriously interested in moving to the Premier League.
