Negotiations on the extension of the agreement between the club and the football player are at the final stage. The current agreement runs until the summer of 2027.
According to the new contract, Frank will receive a salary increase to 4 million euros per year.
Zambo-Angissa wants to stay at Napoli and has rejected several generous offers in recent months from Monaco, Galatasaray, Sunderland, Fenerbahce and two clubs from Saudi Arabia.
The 29-year-old midfielder has played 12 matches for Napoli in all competitions this season, scoring 4 goals and providing 2 assists. In particular, his goal-scoring brought victory to the team in the last Serie A match against Lecce (1:0)
