21-year-old left fullback “Polesya” Artem Smolyakov became a full-fledged football player of the overseas MLS club “Los Angeles”.
According to Sport.ua sources, the deal is already closed, and the parties will officially announce it in the near future.
As reported, “Polesye” bargained 2 million euros from the Americans for Smolyakov. In addition, the Zhytomyr club will be able to count on additional profit, as it has retained a certain percentage of the economic rights to the football player.
There is no particular rush to formalize Smolyakov’s transfer, as the MLS transfer window opens only a week later – on January 31.
As a reminder, Artem Smolyakov moved to Polesie from Ingulets in the summer of 2023 for 150,000 euros.
