– Did we see two different halves performed by your team, which do you think changed the course of the game?
– The course of the game changed the clogged balls. In the beginning, there was some underestimation, but before the game we set the players to the fact that cup games are always different from the championship matches. At one time we were always told that the order beats the class. Unfortunately, in the first half, we did not turn out as motivated as Bukovina players who held a wonderful first half of the meeting.
The boys may have come to this game with thoughts about the match of the next round of the Ukrainian Championship. Only this can I explain our actions in the first half. In the second half, we made some conclusions and replaced and the game was already following our scenario.
– Have you won the Cup of Ukraine repeatedly, and what does you mean to win this tournament in your first full season as a coach?
– For me personally, it means nothing special. The main thing is that the team can do what we agree on the eve of the game and won in every match. Cup is a game, championship or friendly match – Dynamo team always sets the maximum tasks. Of course, it is very nice to play in the Cup of Ukraine again, and we will do everything possible to win.
– How do you evaluate your opponent’s preparation for today’s duel?
– First of all, I want to thank the players, the team for the fact that they acted in the football field in principle and playing football, and that we went without injuries – this is very important. Frankly speaking, we could expect that individual skill would be higher, and when it is a little lacking, because of a great desire, discipline and intrinsic motivation, emotions can be killed over the edge, which in turn can lead to some unpleasant moments. In this regard, Bukovina spent a great game in terms of both organization and preparation for this match, so it deserves only pleasant words.
For us, the main thing was to play for those guys who had previously received less time on the field – first of all it concerns Valentin Morgun, as well as defenders, players of the support area.
– Is it true that Dynamo did not want to play in Chernivtsi?
– No, this question is not to us – we would come where we had to come, but there are certain circumstances that depend not on us, not on the team.
– Alexander Tymchyk returned to the composition after a half -month absence, what does this mean to the team?
– This means that we have a full clamp. Unfortunately, we could not fully count on Bragar, because one of the training was a rigid collision, and doctors diagnosed him with damage to the facial bone. Therefore, we could not involve it in the training process and even more so in the match, so that there were no complications. After all, football needs to go out on the field and not only perform coaching guidance, but also show fighting qualities. In this case, some fear may be interfered with.
As for Timchyk, I am glad that he has returned, just as glad for Valery Luchkevich, who played in the starting lineup. We are in full composition for the next very important meeting for us.
