– Yes, they started a second fee, which will be held in Transcarpathia. It will be more playful and tactical. We will communicate with the players more on the requirements – what I expect to see on the field, there will also be many tactical tasks. At this stage of preparation, they also planned to hold a number of control matches.
– How can you sum up a week of work in Chernivtsi?
– We had a retracting gathering. At first, the players were examined, engaged in the gym, and then worked on the field for a week. The intensity was moderate, the players also worked on physical training under the training of a trainer for physical training, for four days there was a running job. And now the gathering will be more game. I am satisfied with the first stage of preparation that took place in Chernivtsi, is satisfied with the attitude of players to training. I am very grateful to the boys for working selflessly and teaching all one hundred percent in the first stage of preparation.
– Did you, as the main coach, have established a certain Connect with your wards in this short period?
– Yes, everything is wonderful in this regard. We have a wonderful atmosphere in the team and I once again want to thank the boys for their professionalism, for understanding and attitude to training. In general, we are all right in the team, in the training process – and it is very pleased.
– In your opinion, how easily the football players perceive the requirements of the coaching staff and your coaching vision? Is it still a little difficult at this?
– We have with Grigory Churilov, who had previously worked with the team, the same vision. Yes, there are some nuances, some requirements that are slightly different. But I am very grateful to Grigory Churilov for the fact that the boys understand everything to be required of them. They understand what I want to see from them. It will be much easier for me to convey their requirements and their vision of football. Of course, it is too early to talk about some automatism in their actions, because you still need to play, to establish some moments, interaction. But for this we have planned control matches in which we will analyze it all and see how much the guys do what I demand from them.
– Have you already got acquainted with the capabilities and potential of every football player?
– 100% has not yet got acquainted. I also plan to communicate with every player with Tet-A-Tet, because before that there was no time at all. But now we will make it all!
– The main task of the Transcarpathian collection is to lay the physical foundation or program the tactical interactions of the team?
– The emphasis at the Transcarpathian meeting will be focused on tactical interactions, because the first minimum work was working on physics, and now it is necessary to establish a better understanding between players in matches, to work on tactics. It is important to see how we will act in the structure, how we will act in defense, in attack and when transitions. This gathering, as I noted, will be playing, and it is very important to us, which will demonstrate how we are moving forward.
– What can you say about the conditions of preparation directly in the Polyana?
– There are great conditions here! Fields in excellent condition, living conditions, recovery, nutrition – all at a high level. There is everything in order to work fruitfully, to teach all 100% and to prepare for the start of the season.
