– Vasily, very little information about you on the Internet, by last season, virtually no mention was found. Tell us where you, when you started playing football, at the baby level for whom did you have any achievements?
-I am from the city of Gorodenko, in Ivano-Frankivsk, and I started playing football from six years at the local school. At the age of 12, I was selected to the UFK-Carpathian Football Academy) where I spent five years full (from grades 7 to grades 11). From the achievements I can note the year where in the age category U15 we got “bronze” – at that time it was a very great achievement for us.
– In general, how did you find out about Dynamo on the side? Who reported what reaction was your relatives, your partners and trainer in Niva?
– A few days ago, we played a calendar game with Agribusiness (the match ended in a draw – 0: 0), I returned home according to the usual schedule, and two hours after the match, I was called by head coach Yuri Virt, saying that I had a very good news for me – I go to Dynamo. My first reaction is, of course, a shock, as if it were a joke… He has already told in detail about interest.
– Last season you performed in the Second League, now transit through the first league was in Dynamo. Is it ready – both psychologically and physically – for such a rapid jump in your career? Can I say that the dream of a young ambitious footballer came to life?
– Yes, last season became my debut for me in professional football. As for whether it is ready or not … If we talk about physical form, then we have passed a very difficult meeting, but I understand that the level of teams is very different, primarily intensity, which depends on the physical form. Therefore, I prepare myself for very hard work. As for psychology, I think it is ready, but it is also a very important factor you need to work on, especially when you are in a team that is the highest expectation.
– You have good anthropometric data for the central defender. What qualities do you consider the strongest? Who do you consider the strongest in world football in your role?
– I feel very well in martial arts – both in horseback and below, let’s just say, in a game against the ball. As for the strongest in my role, I can call two – Sergio Ramos in my best times, as well as Illya Zabarny now.
– You came to Dynamo on the rights of an annual lease. What are the expectations of speeches for the best club of Ukraine?
– Speaking frankly, now I can not fully realize it. However, all this is all, I understand that it all depends on me. Now you need to focus only on work, work a lot, show your best qualities to become a full -fledged Dynamo player, as well as in every game to benefit the team.
