Ponomarev commented on the first victory at the training camp

Head coach of the UPL leader LNZ Vitaly Ponomaryov exclusively for Sport.ua, he told what he remembered about the first sparring session of his wards at the meeting in Turkey with the Czech “Dukla”, in which the victory was won – 2:1.

“This control match was useful in an informative aspect. “Dukla” acts in a forceful manner, like the leading Czech teams – “Slavia”, “Sparta”, pushes, aggressive in selection, dangerous on the “second floor”. Almost no one plays in the UPL in such a manner, so they gained valuable experience.

I believe that the score is based on the game. It is important that they showed their perseverance and the ability to endure, because the last few days there were serious training loads. It should also be taken into account that for us it was only the first control match, while “Dukla” is already completing preparations for the second part of the season, which will start in the Czech Republic at the end of January.

Today they tried to involve as many football players as possible, because game practice is absolutely necessary. Returned after a long break, having healed a serious injury of Putry, “winter” newcomers – Tverdokhlib and Mykytyshyn – made their debut. Some homemade products were tested.
